How do I place an order?
Placing an order with us is simple! Browse our selection, choose your desired product, customize your design, and add it to your shopping cart. Once you're ready, follow the checkout process to complete your order securely. When you check out, we will receive your order and contact information. An email will be sent to you with an estimated pick-up date. We typically require a 50% deposit at the time of order and balance will be due at pickup. Please contact us with your preferred payment. We accept checks or credit cards (3% charge included with credit card payments).
What materials do you use?
Our signs are made from raw sheet metal, made only in America. They are sandblasted and cut precisely on our state-of-the-art laser machine. The signs are then sandblasted and powder coated with UV protection in a color of your choice (see color chart), which ensures a long life for your new heirloom sign.
What can I customize?
We offer a range of customization options to fit your specific needs, whether it's a sign for your business, or a gift for someone special. Personalize your item with text, graphics, and sizes that suit your vision.
Can I change my design after ordering?
If you need to make a change after ordering, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Any time after that, we have already begun the cutting/painting process and cannot make further changes.
Can I return a custom item?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, customized items are non-returnable. If there is a manufacturing defect or error with your order, let us know at the time of pickup.
How does the "Design My Own" form work?
Attach your logo or inspiration pictures to the form located in the "Design My Own" tab, along with any details (color, size, hole placements, etc). We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the design to ensure we bring your vision to life. We leave the preference of how you hang it up to you, whether it's hanging on by screws, hooks, magnets etc.. If you want a frame or welded stakes, list that in the text box in the form. You will be contacted with a quote within 48 hours. Proofs are available only by request.
Do you ship your products?
We currently do not offer shipping our products. We offer local pickup at our store in Kenansville, NC. Your order will be available for pick up within 7 days. If you need it shipped, please contact us and we can provide a quote, if necessary.
Are there any care instructions?
It is important to remember that these signs are made from raw steel. This means the finish may vary from item to item. We do our best to ensure ONLY the highest quality items leave our facility before arriving at their new home. These pieces are highly unique and made to order. Metal will rust over time when exposed to the elements. When they are properly cared for, it will ensure a much longer life.
