Eggcellent Easter Basket

All of our custom pieces are made-to-order, which means we begin creating your custom sign once we have your preferred name/date/personalized message—just the way you want it.

*IMPORTANT NOTES*

Custom request changes or add-ons made to the current design, (font change request, adding images, removing images, rearranging the original layout, etc.) may require an additional add on fee. Please message us with your request for details prior to checkout. An additional listing will be sent to you before we begin the project if needed. Add-ons for these changes vary in price.

*PROOFS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR APPROVAL BEFORE THE PROCESS BEGINS. *

Your text will be entered onto your sign exactly as you typed it. Please check closely for any typos or errors prior to approval, as these details cannot be changed once the sign is cut.

If you prefer a different size that is not listed, please add the size request to the notes at checkout and we will contact you for more information and estimated price.

Attachment Type (if applicable):

The "attachment type" option on our round signs is listed on the product page. You can add notes as to how you would like these attachments placed, as well as the dimensions of the attachments.

Processing Time:

Please allow 3–7 business days for the production of your custom item. We put care into every detail and want it to ensure it meets your standards before pickup.

Rush Orders:

Need it sooner for a gift or event? Reach out before placing your order—we’ll do everything we can to make it happen.

We currently do not offer shipping our products. Payment and pickup will be at our office, in person. We typically require a 50% deposit once you have approved your design. We accept check and credit cards (3% processing fee added to credit card payments). If shipping is necessary, please contact us for a quote and ETA.

Due to the custom nature of our handcrafted signs, all personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

For non-custom items, we accept returns within 5 days of pickup. Items that are not customized must be in their original condition and returned at the buyer’s expense. Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
